Holiday Upgrade Special Get Up to $5,000 in Complimentary Upgrades! Holiday Upgrade Special Official Promotional Terms & Conditions G.M. Roth Design Remodeling 1. Promotional Offer G.M. Roth Design Remodeling (“G.M. Roth”) is offering eligible homeowners up to $5,000 in complimentary upgrades toward qualifying residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects. The promotional upgrade credit may be applied toward eligible selections, including: Kitchen and bathroom countertops Cabinetry and cabinet upgrades Decorative and functional lighting fixtures Plumbing fixtures and related finish upgrades Other qualifying kitchen and bathroom upgrades approved by G.M. Roth The maximum promotional benefit is $5,000 per qualifying project. The actual credit available to a homeowner will depend on the qualifying project scope, selected upgrades, and the amount authorized in writing by G.M. Roth. 2. Promotional Period and Eligibility To qualify for this promotional offer: The homeowner must enter into a new, fully executed Design Agreement with G.M. Roth on or before December 31, 2026. The project must involve a qualifying residential kitchen or bathroom remodel performed by G.M. Roth. The homeowner must subsequently enter into an executed construction contract with G.M. Roth. The project must be located within G.M. Roth's established service area. The homeowner must comply with the terms of the applicable Design Agreement and construction contract. Signing a Design Agreement does not guarantee the maximum promotional credit or acceptance of any particular upgrade selection. 3. Promotional Credit Application The complimentary upgrade credit may be applied only toward qualifying upgrades incorporated into the project's final construction contract. Eligible upgrades must be selected and approved during the design and specification process and documented in the applicable construction agreement or accompanying project specifications. The promotional credit: Cannot exceed $5,000 per qualifying project. Has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. Cannot be applied toward design fees, consultation fees, outstanding balances, or unrelated services. Is nontransferable and may not be assigned to another homeowner, property, or project. May not exceed the actual cost of eligible upgrades included in the qualifying project. Cannot be exchanged for a general reduction in the base construction contract price. Unused promotional credit will be forfeited and will not be issued as a refund or cash payment. 4. Eligible Upgrades and Selections Eligible upgrades are limited to products, materials, and finishes that are offered or approved by G.M. Roth and incorporated into the qualifying construction contract. Upgrade availability is subject to product specifications, supplier availability, project feasibility, and compatibility with the final design. G.M. Roth reserves the right to determine which selections qualify for the promotion. Substitutions may be required if selected products become unavailable. Upgrades purchased independently by the homeowner or installed by third parties are not eligible for promotional credit. 5. Offer Restrictions This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, discounts, incentives, or special pricing provided by G.M. Roth. The offer: Is available only for new qualifying projects initiated during the promotional period. Cannot be applied retroactively to previously executed Design Agreements or construction contracts. Is limited to one promotional credit per qualifying construction project. Does not apply to purchases of materials or products without an accompanying qualifying remodeling contract. Is subject to project acceptance and scheduling availability. 6. Changes to Project Scope The promotional upgrade credit will be determined and documented before execution of the final construction contract. Changes in the project's scope, materials, or specifications may affect the homeowner's eligibility for specific complimentary upgrades. If a qualifying upgrade is removed from the project or replaced with an ineligible selection, the associated promotional credit may be reduced or eliminated. Additional upgrades requested after execution of the construction contract will be subject to standard change-order procedures and will not increase the maximum promotional benefit. 7. Construction Scheduling and Delays All projects are subject to G.M. Roth's normal design, permitting, scheduling, and construction processes. Execution of a Design Agreement does not guarantee a specific construction start or completion date. Delays resulting from permitting, product availability, weather, homeowner-requested changes, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control will not automatically invalidate an otherwise qualifying promotional credit, provided the project remains under an active qualifying agreement. 8. Project Cancellation or Termination If the homeowner cancels the project, fails to execute a qualifying construction contract, or otherwise terminates the project before the promotional credit is applied, the promotional benefit will be forfeited. Promotional credits cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or applied to cancellation charges or outstanding design fees. All project cancellations, refunds, deposits, and termination obligations will remain subject to the executed contractual agreements and applicable law. 9. General Conditions G.M. Roth reserves the right to verify eligibility, approve qualifying upgrade selections, and deny application of the promotion where published eligibility requirements have not been satisfied. Any modification or termination of the promotion will not affect promotional credits already incorporated into fully executed construction contracts, except as permitted by those contracts and applicable law. This promotion is subject to applicable New Hampshire and Massachusetts laws and regulations. Where applicable law conflicts with these terms, governing law will control. 10. Offer Expiration Offer expires December 31, 2026. A qualifying Design Agreement must be fully executed by December 31, 2026, to be eligible for the promotion. No cash value.
