Most home contractors work off somebody else’s plans. That means you are forced to hire an architect or separate designer in order to formulate plans for your addition or renovation, or you have to rely on a rough sketch prepared by the contractor, which can lead to all kinds of problems! G.M. Roth Design Remodeling’s in-house design/build experts alleviate this step.

Our staff includes experienced designers who can produce beautiful designs for your new addition, kitchen or bath, along with the construction plans necessary to build it.

Because we offer both design and build services, G.M. Roth Design Remodeling can begin the construction process before the design is completed. Working hand-in-hand with our in-house design team, our construction crews can order materials and perform preliminary work while the plans are being finalized. This speeds the entire process and reduces both the amount of time you have to wait for your new remodel, and also the overall cost.

G.M. Roth Design Remodeling’s design/build process enables us to control all scheduling and the quality of the materials and installation services. Your dream home is brought to life on time and on budget!

    While Gerry contributes in many ways to the business he founded over 35 years ago, his leadership is most evident in the form of taking clients’ input and converting it to reality in their homes. In addition to supporting and directing design team members on their projects, Gerry spends most of his time working on Design Build projects, using his knowledge of construction techniques and well developed design skills to guide clients from initial consultation through project development and on to project completion. Many of Gerry’s projects have won industry awards and accolades over the years. Gerry also takes an active leadership role in the construction industry, working with other business leaders to improve our ability to serve homeowners.

Math has always been her strong suit and she loves nothing more than when things balance. At G.M. Roth, Taylor is responsible for preparing and maintaining the financial statements while overseeing all billing, invoicing, accounts payable, payroll and financial reporting functions. She also is the Human Resources Administrator, handling employee benefits and onboarding. In her free time she enjoys reading, spinning, hiking, and traveling.

In his limited personal time, Spencer plays hockey and golf and enjoys live music. He has become a very reliable part of the team, who has proven to be an innovative professional while retaining a spirited character. He has a good sense of humor and can make others smile while getting the job done.

In his free time Heath enjoys spending time with his 4 children, wife, and dog while hiking Acadia National Park and other local trails.
