While Gerry contributes in many ways to the business he founded over 35 years ago, his leadership is most evident in the form of taking clients’ input and converting it to reality in their homes. In addition to supporting and directing design team members on their projects, Gerry spends most of his time working on Design Build projects, using his knowledge of construction techniques and well developed design skills to guide clients from initial consultation through project development and on to project completion. Many of Gerry’s projects have won industry awards and accolades over the years. Gerry also takes an active leadership role in the construction industry, working with other business leaders to improve our ability to serve homeowners.

Dean has delivered consistent results in sales and marketing leadership positions in diverse markets. He is responsible for driving and managing the continued growth of the company while ensuring excellent client service. He is focused on exceeding client expectations. His extensive sales and marketing experience combined with his passion for remodeling allow him to utilize his unique skill set to ensure G.M. Roth continues to deliver client dreams while building long-term relationships. He enjoys running, playing soccer and golfing with his wife and two daughters.

Taylor has over seven years of accounting experience in various industries – banking, publishing and remodeling. Math has always been her strong suit and she loves nothing more than when things balance. At G.M. Roth, Taylor is responsible for preparing and maintaining the financial statements while overseeing all billing, invoicing, accounts payable, payroll and financial reporting functions. She also is the Human Resources Administrator, handling employee benefits and onboarding. In her free time she enjoys reading, spinning, hiking, and traveling.

Spencer worked as a Civil Engineer after school, before joining the family business, and prides himself in ensuring projects run as smoothly as possible, end on schedule, and surpass client expectations. Enhancing the lives of others by producing remodeling projects of the highest quality is his goal, each and every day. In his limited personal time, Spencer plays hockey and golf and enjoys live music. He has become a very reliable part of the team, who has proven to be an innovative professional while retaining a spirited character. He has a good sense of humor and can make others smile while getting the job done.

Heath has a proven track record of success leading teams of sales and production personnel in various industries over the last 25 years. He has an extensive background in construction, emergency restoration, reconstruction, and sales. He is responsible for removing obstacles and barriers, which allows the sales and production teams to achieve their goals. In his free time Heath enjoys spending time with his 4 children, wife, and dog while hiking Acadia National Park and other local trails.

Sharon uses her 17 years of design experience to delight clients with her knack for being able to transform even the most challenging space into a beautiful kitchen or bath. Working both as the client’s designer and project coordinator, Sharon guides clients from the initial meeting through the design process and on to detailed design plans and project specifications, working hard to deliver awesome projects on budget. With a real passion for design and helping people enjoy their homes, Sharon continues to grow her long list of happy clients.

With parents who were math and music teachers, Anne has always looked at the world through a lens balanced between creativity and purpose. Kitchen and Bath design feels natural to her – what she is meant to do. Her collaborative approach and listening carefully to clients’ needs, helps her to develop unique and creative solutions to ensure they love their new space. Anne has attained AKBD certification from the National Kitchen and Bath Association and is on track for additional certifications including CLIPP and CMKBD. She considers it an honor to be invited into peoples’ most personal areas of their home in order to help enhance their quality of life.

Justin has over 16 years of experience in different aspects of residential remodeling, including Kitchen and Bath Design and Project Management. Justin came to G.M. Roth because he wanted to apply what he learned in school to the real world by helping people with additions, space planning and all types of remodeling and home improvements.

John has over 30 years of experience in most aspects of the Home Improvement and Building Fields. The blend of product knowledge, design, construction, installation and return on investment brings a great perspective on just about any remodeling project. Over the year he has conducted countless AIA/CES and CSI Seminars on various product bringing sharp focus on the best usage of space and products. Having spent years supervising both sales and installation groups as well as experience working for building product manufacturers gives him a unique understanding of how to design a superior project. John has found a great fit at G. M. Roth where he shares the team philosophy of careful thought in design and expert execution in construction lead to very happy customer with a successful project.

Tracy has over 37 years of experience in residential and commercial architectural design. He joined the G.M. Roth team in 2019 because he recognized the quality of design and construction in our projects. Tracy applies the architectural skills he learned over the years to help the G. M. Roth designers and production staff deliver our client’s dreams.

Mike is an outstanding employee who has been with G.M. Roth for over 15 years and has most recently been promoted Production Manager. Mike has been recognized by his peers in the New Hampshire Home Builders Association with multiple Cornerstone award winning projects and has been awarded Production Supervisor of the Year by the Certified Contractors Network. Mike is an excellent hands-on leader who has trained many of our talented field personnel. Mike is the on-site working supervisor who will work closely with the Production Manager, subcontractors and design team to fully understand all aspects of the project prior to building and managing your job to surpass your expectations and dreams. Mike is currently working towards receiving his Massachusetts Supervisor License.

G. M. Roth team member since 2017 – Leads the warranty department and is also the safety manager and production expeditor.

With a background in various accounting roles, both here at GM Roth, and with previous employers, Sandy’s primary focus is helping to keep everything on track with our contract administration and financial activity. Always ready and willing to help, Sandy is quick to fill in and contribute in any part of the business, using her attention to detail and follow through skills to help create a professional and pleasant environment for our employees and customers.
