High Level Responsibilities

As a Kitchen & Bath Sales Designer, you will focus on residential remodeling of Kitchens and Baths owning the design and sales process while collaborating in a team environment. You will meet with homeowners to diagnose needs, create design options, present solutions, and close the deal! We have an amazing, nationally proven, sales process that is consultative based and completely professional in every way!

Compensation

We offer a base salary, plus commissions and bonuses that are designed to optimize performance and reward hard work! It’s fair, it’s balanced, it’s competitive, and most importantly, the ceiling is NOT CAPPED! Typical first year sales should anticipate making at least $50,000 – $75,000, however, you can quickly exceed $100,000 based on your skill set and abilities in year two and beyond.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

Extensive knowledge and experience with kitchen and bath sales & design including CAD.  We utilize Design 2020, but if you are already fluent in another program, we would be open to exploring that alternative.

CKBD designation is a significant plus. 

If you have experience successfully building rapport with clients, managing time and expectations, a knack for designing kitchen and bath remodels, closing deals, and have a competitive drive to be the best in the industry this could be the place for you.

A strong work ethic, open-mindedness, drive to excel, and working well within a team environment are some basic parameters that will be critical to being successful here! You must be willing to take constructive feedback, be coached, learn a new sales system and process, and be detail oriented.
