Is the seminar free to attend?

Yes. The Design-Build Seminar is completely free, but advance registration is required because seating is limited.

Who should attend?

This seminar is designed for homeowners considering a kitchen, bathroom, addition, whole-home renovation, ADU, or aging-in-place project. It is especially helpful for anyone who wants to better understand the planning, design, budgeting, and construction process.

Do I need to be ready to start a remodeling project?

No. Whether you are planning to remodel soon or are still researching your options, the seminar will provide helpful information to guide your next steps.

Can I bring my spouse or another guest?

Yes. We encourage all household decision-makers to attend. Seating is limited, so please register each guest separately and we’ll plan seating accordingly.

Will I be able to ask questions about my specific project?

Yes. There will be time for general questions, and members of the G.M. Roth team will be available to discuss your project after the presentation. Please note that detailed pricing or design recommendations may require a separate consultation.

While Gerry contributes in many ways to the business he founded over 35 years ago, his leadership is most evident in the form of taking clients’ input and converting it to reality in their homes. In addition to supporting and directing design team members on their projects, Gerry spends most of his time working on Design Build projects, using his knowledge of construction techniques and well developed design skills to guide clients from initial consultation through project development and on to project completion. Many of Gerry’s projects have won industry awards and accolades over the years. Gerry also takes an active leadership role in the construction industry, working with other business leaders to improve our ability to serve homeowners.

Roth, Taylor is responsible for preparing and maintaining the financial statements while overseeing all billing, invoicing, accounts payable, payroll and financial reporting functions. She also is the Human Resources Administrator, handling employee benefits and onboarding. In her free time she enjoys reading, spinning, hiking, and traveling.

In his limited personal time, Spencer plays hockey and golf and enjoys live music. He has become a very reliable part of the team, who has proven to be an innovative professional while retaining a spirited character. He has a good sense of humor and can make others smile while getting the job done.
