Senior Project Manager – Residential Remodeling
We are seeking a results-driven, confident, energetic and highly organized Senior Project Manager who has the residential remodeling experience and skills to take us to the next level of success.

This is a permanent full-time project management position that will be responsible for coordinating with carpentry crews and subcontractors to perform quality residential remodeling projects in the Southern NH and Northern MA area. The Project Manager will possess the ability to bring jobs in on-time and on-budget.

What You Need to Possess:
You must have at least 5 years of construction/home improvement Project Management experience, crew and subcontractor management experience, excellent computer skills including MS Word and Outlook, experience with job costing and change orders, a high level of integrity, creativity, and attention to detail, the ability to learn and be coached, function well in a collaborative team environment as well as work independently (self-manage), and possess an entrepreneurial spirit to roll up your sleeves and do what it takes to manage our fast growth.
Some, but not all, necessary skills include: excellent customer relationship skills, time management skills, the ability to sell additional work orders, knowledge of residential construction standards, codes, and safety practices. The chosen candidate will need to reflect the values and dedication that we would all expect from ourselves as if we were working on our own homes.

Total Compensation Range
$70,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
