As a Design Build Sales Consultant, you will work with a team to focus on residential, remodeling home improvement sales. You will meet with homeowners to diagnose needs, review design options, present solutions, and close the deal! We have an amazing, nationally proven, sales process that is consultative based, and completely professional in every way!
Types of projects you would work with the team to develop include, but are not limited to: additions, decks, porticos, home improvement projects, repairs, and finished basements and attics.
We offer a base salary, plus commissions and bonuses that are designed to optimize performance and reward hard work! It’s fair, it’s balanced, it’s competitive, and most importantly, the ceiling is NOT CAPPED! A typical first-year Sales Designer should anticipate making $60,000 – $80,000, however, you can quickly exceed $100,000 based on your skillset and abilities.
Experience in creative remodeling design (education, personal and/or professional)
Residential construction knowledge is required
PROVEN experience in business to consumer (B2C) sales with a sales value of at least $10K+ is a MUST for this position. Many of our projects go well into six figures.
Massachusetts CSL and Certified Aging In Place Specialist (CAPS) designations are a plus, as would be any type of architectural background.
If you have experience successfully building rapport with clients, managing time and expectations, a knack for designing residential remodeling projects, closing deals, and have a competitive drive to be the best in the industry this could be the place for you.
A strong work ethic, open-mindedness, drive to excel, and working well within a dynamic team environment are some basic parameters that will be critical to being successful here! You must be willing to take constructive feedback, be coached, learn a new sales system and process, and be detail oriented.
