While Gerry contributes in many ways to the business he founded over 35 years ago, his leadership is most evident in the form of taking clients’ input and converting it to reality in their homes. In addition to supporting and directing design team members on their projects, Gerry spends most of his time working on Design Build projects, using his knowledge of construction techniques and well developed design skills to guide clients from initial consultation through project development and on to project completion. Many of Gerry’s projects have won industry awards and accolades over the years. Gerry also takes an active leadership role in the construction industry, working with other business leaders to improve our ability to serve homeowners.
Dean has delivered consistent results in sales and marketing leadership positions in diverse markets. He is responsible for driving and managing the continued growth of the company while ensuring excellent client service. He is focused on exceeding client expectations. His extensive sales and marketing experience combined with his passion for remodeling allow him to utilize his unique skill set to ensure G.M. Roth continues to deliver client dreams while building long-term relationships. He enjoys running, playing soccer and golfing with his wife and two daughters.
Taylor has over seven years of accounting experience in various industries – banking, publishing and remodeling. Math has always been her strong suit and she loves nothing more than when things balance. At G.M. Roth, Taylor is responsible for preparing and maintaining the financial statements while overseeing all billing, invoicing, accounts payable, payroll and financial reporting functions. She also is the Human Resources Administrator, handling employee benefits and onboarding. In her free time she enjoys reading, spinning, hiking, and traveling.
Spencer worked as a Civil Engineer after school, before joining the family business, and prides himself in ensuring projects run as smoothly as possible, end on schedule, and surpass client expectations. Enhancing the lives of others by producing remodeling projects of the highest quality is his goal, each and every day. In his limited personal time, Spencer plays hockey and golf and enjoys live music. He has become a very reliable part of the team, who has proven to be an innovative professional while retaining a spirited character. He has a good sense of humor and can make others smile while getting the job done.
Heath has a proven track record of success leading teams of sales and production personnel in various industries over the last 25 years. He has an extensive background in construction, emergency restoration, reconstruction, and sales. He is responsible for removing obstacles and barriers, which allows the sales and production teams to achieve their goals. In his free time Heath enjoys spending time with his 4 children, wife, and dog while hiking Acadia National Park and other local trails.
