This past year has ushered in many changes to the home remodeling industry, perhaps the most important of which is the savvier customer. Today’s consumers have already done quite a bit of research online by the time they come to us with their renovation needs, and what that means for us is we’ve learned how to work smarter too. We are now focused more intently on what customers want-ultimately, a beautiful remodeling project at a great value.
To that end, we have value engineered a process where we are able to give customers more of what they want for less. For example, we can create a complete bathroom renovation for about 30 percent less than in years past. One of the ways we accomplish that is by pre-selecting products and minimizing choices, which streamlines the process and reduces costs. We can then pass on those savings on to the customer, lessening the strain on their wallets while still producing a quality installation. We are in the process of implementing similar processes with our kitchen remodels.
We celebrated an important milestone in 2011 as we reached our 25th year in business, and plan on continuing to expand our success in 2012. We continue to adapt to the ever-changing market conditions and continue to improve the experience for our customers. We believe the economic conditions will improve, helping propel us forward to new growths.
