Kitchen Remodeling Transformation

Sampson Kitchen Remodel

Here’s a new kitchen feature in a series of articles about the 2014 Cornerstone Awards- a contest for builders and remodelers, sponsored by the New Hampshire Builder’s Association. Every year, GM Roth Design Remodeling enters several examples of our best work into the Awards, and this year was no exception. We’re honored to be able to feature several examples of our work that won, once again. The project detailed here is the New Kitchen Remodel we did for the Sampson family.

The new design took the kitchen from cold and dreary to warm and inviting. The stylish cherry cabinets with shaker style doors were capped by honed granite counter tops. On the island we used an exquisite piece of marble that is the perfect contrast to the granite on the base cabinets.

The LED lighting in the upper cabinets maximize the glass doors to create a beautiful effect, and the transitional look she sought. Under cabinet LED lighting completes the sophisticated look and provides well lit working space. There is more than sufficient storage in the nicely appointed kitchen.

From the sleek stainless steel appliances to the chef inspired cook top, with a client-designed backsplash, this kitchen is grand. The gracious tile flooring is laid on the diagonal to maximize the impression of space. We installed recessed lighting to brighten the space overall and used pendants over the center island with corresponding sconces on either side of the cook top. This amazing transformation culminated in delivering on the clients dream.
