On Thursday, June 5, the G.M. Roth showroom in Nashua became the place “Where hope happens!” Our showroom was abuzz with people intent on helping seriously ill children and their families experience a better life. The occasion was a fund raising event to benefit the High Hopes Foundation of New Hampshire.
For more than 30 years, High Hopes Foundation of New Hampshire, a non-profit organization headquartered in Merrimack, has brought hope, joy, and light to hundreds of New Hampshire children with serious illnesses by providing them life-enriching experiences. Since its inception in 1983, High Hopes Foundation has granted over 540 “hopes,” including family vacation trips, handicap accessible vans, therapeutic hot tubs, computers, and other special requests.
G.M. Roth was happy to be able to provide a venue for the High Hopes fundraiser. We organized the evening as a business networking event, drawing attendees from the Greater Nashua and Merrimack business community. Delightful appetizers were provided by Napa East, and a wine and vinegar tasting (definitely a first for us!) was held by Cava de Vino.
The evening was a great success, with over $700 raised so far for the High Hopes Foundation and dozens of new connections made between businesses in the area. We are talking to the High Hopes people about making this an annual event moving forward. On behalf of the entire G.M. Roth family, thanks to High Hopes for the wonderful work they do, and for allowing us to be a part of this great event.
