Design Build firm, G.M. Roth announced they recently won 7 Cornerstone Awards from the Home Builders and Remodelers Association (HBRANH.)

Gold Award for Luxury Bathroom, Merrimack, NH
Custom features are found throughout this stunning luxury bathroom. A hidden TV; elevated through a concealed opening via remote control, exquisite marble, recessed niches, custom furniture finishes and a show-stopping frameless shower are just some of the fabulous touches in the elegant master bathroom retreat.
Gold Award for Incredible Kitchen, Andover, MA
Homeowners wanted to highlight their yard with an addition that appeared to “bring the outdoors in”. The array of windows was installed to illuminate the space during the day and create an impactful exterior when viewed from the street and yard. Energy-efficient windows were electronically activated to let in air, and the serpentine rail provided functional lighting. The addition also featured a kitchen island, gas fireplace and quarter-sawn maple floors with radiant heating.
Gold Award for Beautiful Bathroom, Westford, MA
The neo-angled fiberglass shower was cracked and crowded; the brass trim screamed “80’s” our transformation made it feel much more spacious while keeping a tight eye on the budget. Porcelain tiles, chocolate walls and a double vanity with shaker styling complete the look for this master bath.
Gold Award for Spectacular Kitchen, Merrimack, NH
This beautiful remodel included a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, custom closet, a mudroom and a roof raise. The homeowners were originally considering moving but after their remodel decided that their current home offered everything they were looking for and more.
