GuildQuality’s 2018 Guildmaster Award Honors G.M. Roth Design Remodeling

Nashua, NH April 4th, 2018 – G.M. Roth Design Remodeling of Nashua, NH received a 2018 Guildmaster Award from GuildQuality for demonstrating exceptional customer service within the residential construction industry.

Since 2005, GuildQuality, an Atlanta-based third-party customer satisfaction software surveying company, has powered the Guildmaster Award to recognize and celebrate home building, remodeling, and contracting professionals demonstrating the highest level of customer service within the U.S. and Canada.

Out of 600+ eligible applicants, G.M. Roth Design Remodeling is one of 300+ businesses within the residential construction industry recognized by GuildQuality for consistently delivering superior customer care.

In determining which businesses received the 2018 Guildmaster Award, GuildQuality reviewed thousands of survey responses submitted by customers of Guildmaster candidates, and considered two primary metrics for each candidate: the percentage of customers stating they would recommend the business to friend and the percentage of customers who responded.

G.M. Roth Design Remodeling achieved a recommendation rate of 90% or above from their customers surveyed by GuildQuality.

    While Gerry contributes in many ways to the business he founded over 35 years ago, his leadership is most evident in the form of taking clients’ input and converting it to reality in their homes. In addition to supporting and directing design team members on their projects, Gerry spends most of his time working on Design Build projects, using his knowledge of construction techniques and well developed design skills to guide clients from initial consultation through project development and on to project completion. Many of Gerry’s projects have won industry awards and accolades over the years. Gerry also takes an active leadership role in the construction industry, working with other business leaders to improve our ability to serve homeowners.

She also is the Human Resources Administrator, handling employee benefits and onboarding. In her free time she enjoys reading, spinning, hiking, and traveling.
