Light Bathroom Remodel
Here’s the first bathroom feature in a series of articles about the 2014 Cornerstone Awards- a contest for builders and remodelers, sponsored by the New Hampshire Builder’s Association. Every year, GM Roth Design Remodeling enters several examples of our best work into the Awards, and this year was no exception. We’re honored to be able to feature several examples of our work that won, once again. The project detailed here is the Bathroom Remodel we did for the Light family, and we hope you enjoy it.
When our client told us he wanted a new contemporary powder room we went to work finding just the right design and products. His old bathroom was dated and dull. He wanted a Wow factor that would impress anyone who saw his new modern bathroom. We found a style that suited his taste with a variety of sleek new wall hung fixtures. From the gleaming one piece, Kohler Vail toilet and the premium thermafoil vanity in dark ebony, to the glass tile back splash this bathroom is spectacular.
The gleaming brushed nickel finish Kohler Loure faucet, and the stylish light pendants add to the uniqueness of this gorgeous space. All the fixtures are 12” off the floor including the cabinet, the stainless steel accessories, and even the trash receptacle. The porcelain tile flooring and clean accenting paint complete the amazing look of this extraordinary powder room.
The bachelor and his friends all agree this is the powder room he envisioned, and certainly delivers on the Wow factor. Just as important, he doesn’t have to move a thing to clean the floor, or reach behind the toilet to clean it!
