We walked into the showroom one day as a start to planning our kitchen remodel and we were lucky to meet your kitchen designer, Pam. We were sold on her manner and experience, her understanding of our needs and her resulting kitchen re-design. We’ve continued to be pleased with the rest of the staff, especially the project supervisor, Mike, and carpenter, Mark; the quality of the work and the final result.
I was most satisfied with the quality of the work and the fact that the main carpenter on the project took such pride in his work. I felt as if I was his mother and he was trying to please me as best as he could. The pride and workmanship from everyone in the company!
The exceptional group of people we worked with very close on this project (Pam, Al, Jim and especially Moe) were completely sensitive to all our wants and needs. They were very meticulous and methodical with every detail in spite of the many change orders (our doing) that came about. Their main objective throughout the entire project was to satisfy us completely no matter what it took. Their overall patience and complete understanding of what we really wanted and were looking for were met with the highest level of professionalism, which in conclusion met all of our expectations and then some!
I like G.M. Roth because I can trust the employees. I was usually not home when the work was completed, but I was always confident that my home would be safe even though multiple people had the key to the house. Also, I felt comfortable in approaching the project lead (Jim) about getting clarity on elements of the project.
The people were very friendly, supportive, gave a lot of guidance. The quality of the workmanship was/is excellent. The design piece was also phenomenal-just incredible. Pam was just fabulous; she shopped with me, she was just wonderful. Matt (our project manager) was just amazing-I can’t say enough good about him. He practically became a family member throughout the process. He was so accommodating and so thoughtful. If we had any questions along the way, he made sure that we were happy.
