At G.M. Roth Design Remodeling, We Let Our Customers do the Talking!

This is the second time we used GM Roth. First time they redid our master bath which came out great. This year we tackled the kitchen. Their team guided us thru the process and made it easy. The final result was a kitchen beyond our dreams. If you are looking to do a remodel in your home I would highly recommend GM Roth!!

Picked GM Roth to do a major kitchen remodel. Only waited about 4 weeks for project to start and project was done a few days ahead of schedule. Everyone we dealt with at GM Roth was super professional, knowledgeable, and skilled at their craft. The total cost was competitive to other estimates received, and the high quality of work made the money well spent. Would hire them again for any future renovations if/when the time comes.

We had been talking about a new kitchen for years. We found G.M. Roth while visiting someone in Nashua and made an appointment to visit with Terri Stevens. Our first meeting with Terri made us feel like we picked the right place as she was not only patient and understanding of our needs (aka our fear of spending money) but very talented in generating ideas and later leading the design of our new kitchen. Once the project started, we met Moe who was the lead carpenter. Moe is the man. Very clean and organized, very skilled, and just a very good guy.

Throughout the project the whole team was great. Any time a question or concern was raised it was addressed immediately. We have no reservations recommending G.M. Roth, Terri, and Moe as your choice for remodel and design.

I couldn't be more pleased and impressed by the entire process of my kitchen remodel with some small added projects. The level of professionalism and communication made the whole process go as smooth as possible. I had to live in the home for the first 3 weeks with my cat and dog. The team at GM Roth were very respectful of the challenge I faced and communicated every day what to expect and when so I could plan in advance. The transformation of the home is incredible and more than I could ask for.

Suggestions for success:

1. Pre-work: have the designers and any contractors over to punch holes in walls and get a good idea of what they will be dealing with when walls are opened. If you're going to do the project, a few holes for a short period will be worth it.

2. Understand exactly what is covered in the price, i.e. Level of granite, appliances, engineer visit, inspections, lead/asbestos testing, etc. These were all additional costs to my budget.

3. Unless you approve a change-order, the price is the price. We had all done our pre-work so there were no surprises during demo. It was super easy to request a line item sheet with what costs/payments were outstanding and what work was completed and how much it costs. Don't be afraid to ask for one. You can call the office one one will be emailed to you within a couple hours.

I couldn't be happier with the entire team, the process and the outcome. It has made such a difference in my home. I will ABSOLUTELY use GM Roth for future projects and highly recommend them without hesitation.

We were very impressed with the design process. This was our first remodeling job and we did not know what to expect. We thought the time spent with Justin in the design process and going over specifications showed that the team wanted to cater to our needs. We were also impressed with the communication between the design team, the project manager and the contractors. Everything went really smoothly from start to finish. The only thing we wish was that the project started on schedule and ended on schedule. But we do understand now and also respect their decisions to be thorough.
