High Level Responsibilities
As a Cabinet & Build Plan Specialist you will provide the Sales/Design Team with assistance in the preparation of Designs, Proposals, Estimates and Specifications to expedite the sales process and ensure complete and accurate project documentation.
The Cabinet & Build Plan Specialist provides design & drawing assistance to sales/design staff including developing clear and concise kitchen and bath build plans so that our production department can easily build remodeling projects without interpretation.
Assists in all phases of proposal prep and pre-production process. Provides pricing and estimating assistance to sales/design staff. Assist sales/designers with product selections and detailing the selection process; locates & acquires samples as necessary; orders kitchen and bathroom cabinetry; completes specification package for submittal to production.
The Cabinet & Build Plan Specialist is a critical role within the organization therefore the candidate must be able to work with the entire sales design team to help them focus on their sales activities.
We are looking for a tech savvy, team player who communicates well. This person should be not only willing to learn new skills but share their knowledge and experience with the team. The ideal candidate should be resourceful, detailed-oriented, adept at problem solving, who is willing to embrace our processes, and grow within the position.
- Minimum Associates Degree or Certified Kitchen Designer Designation, or equivalent experience.
- Advanced software experience with 2020 Design software.
- Intermediate skills with MS Excel, and Word
