While Gerry contributes in many ways to the business he founded 31 years ago, his leadership is most evident in the form of taking clients’ input and converting it to reality in their homes. In addition to supporting and directing design team members on their projects, Gerry spends most of his time working on Design Build projects, using his knowledge of construction techniques and well developed design skills to guide clients from initial consultation through project development and on to project completion. Many of Gerry’s projects have won industry awards and accolades over the years. Gerry also takes an active leadership role in the construction industry, working with other business leaders to improve our ability to serve homeowners.

Dean has delivered consistent results in sales and marketing leadership positions in diverse markets. He is responsible for driving and managing the continued growth of the company while ensuring excellent client service. He is focused on exceeding client expectations. Roth continues to deliver client dreams while building long-term relationships. He enjoys running, playing soccer and golfing with his wife and two daughters.
Accounting / Office Manager

Taylor has over seven years of accounting experience in various industries – banking, publishing and remodeling. Math has always been her strong suit and she loves nothing more than when things balance. At G.M. Roth, Taylor is responsible for preparing and maintaining the financial statements while overseeing all billing, invoicing, accounts payable, payroll and financial reporting functions. She also is the Human Resources Administrator, handling employee benefits and onboarding. In her free time she enjoys reading, spinning, hiking, and traveling.

Tony uses his years of experience in sales and marketing to help get clients started off on the right track with us, and to help our design/sales team to communicate more effectively with our clients. Often the first point of contact with our clients, Tony is able to paint a picture of the GM Roth experience for them. Using his 8 years of experience here at GM Roth, Tony is able to set expectations for our clients on what they can expect from GM Roth, starting right from the first introduction all the way through project completion, and even years after the project is completed with quality control follow up.

Sharon uses her 17 years of design experience to delight clients with her knack for being able to transform even the most challenging space into a beautiful kitchen or bath. Working both as the client’s designer and project coordinator, Sharon guides clients from the initial meeting through the design process and on to detailed design plans and project specifications, working hard to deliver awesome projects on budget. With a real passion for design and helping people enjoy their homes, Sharon continues to grow her long list of happy clients.

With over 12 years of direct Kitchen & Bath industry experience and 19 years working in various design roles, Terri is a big asset to our clients. In addition to her K & B training, Terri also has experience working in lighting and production design which brings unique experience to the G.M. Roth team. Terri also contributes to Food Network’s “Restaurant Impossible” as a Design Assistant when they film in the New England area when she can fit it in to her busy schedule.

Melissa absolutely loves her job as a Kitchen and Bath Designer, and it shows in the dedication and enthusiasm she shares with her clients! With her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology and a concentration in Fine Art, it makes her uniquely suited in guiding clients toward their ideal remodeling project. Her career path has taken her from the fast-paced settings of Manhattan and Boston, back to her home state of New Hampshire where she is raising her two young children. With a passion for art and interior design, Melissa’s dream is to help create and deliver your dream kitchen or bath.

With almost 30 years of residential design experience, a RISD education and certification from the NKBA Theresa is well positioned to help clients with any type of remodeling project. She listens carefully to her clients, introduces creative solutions and then makes it all work, from a design perspective. This collaborative effort creates beautifully designed projects that improve the quality of our client’s lives on a daily basis.

Architectural Engineering Technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology
Justin has over 16 years of experience in different aspects of residential remodeling, including Kitchen and Bath Design and Project Management. Justin came to G.M. Roth because he wanted to apply what he learned in school to the real world by helping people with additions, space planning and all types of remodeling and home improvements.
Master’s Degree in Architecture from MIT and BA in Design of the Environment from the University of Pennsylvania.
Matthew has collaborated on the design and construction of several hundred innovative buildings over his 25 years in the industry, with completed projects located throughout New England. He is also a Licensed Construction Supervisor in Massachusetts, and has extensive experience guiding his clients during all phases of the design-build process. Matthew is active professionally with the US Green Building Council and the Passive House Alliance, and was a Faculty Member of the Yestermorrow Design-Build School for over 20 years, teaching courses in the Professional Design-Build Program, Architectural Crafts, and High Performance Building. In his current role with G.M. Roth, Matthew will be integrating his professional design and practical knowledge for the benefit of Clients, Designers, and Production Managers within the organization and delivering dreams to the highest standards of professional practice.

Bill has been a valued team member with G.M Roth for a few years now, and in his first year here was recognized as the rookie Production Manager of the Year by the Certified Contractors Network. He has years of hands on carpentry experience before joining G.M. Roth and brings a professional and calming attitude to the company. Bill reports to the Operations Manager and works to coordinate schedules and resources with the rest of the Production Management team. Bill will continue to run multiple jobs and work on training for the field employees and in house design team.

Spencer worked as a Civil Engineer after school, before joining the family business, and prides himself in ensuring projects run as smoothly as possible, end on schedule, and surpass client expectations. Enhancing the lives of others by producing remodeling projects of the highest quality is his goal, each and every day. In his limited personal time, Spencer plays hockey and golf and enjoys live music. He has become a very reliable part of the team, who has proven to be an innovative professional while retaining a spirited character. He has a good sense of humor and can make others smile while getting the job done.

Mike is an outstanding employee who has been with G.M. Roth for over 15 years and has most recently been promoted Production Manager. Mike has been recognized by his peers in the New Hampshire Home Builders Association with multiple Cornerstone award winning projects and has been awarded Production Supervisor of the Year by the Certified Contractors Network. Mike is an excellent hands-on leader who has trained many of our talented field personnel. Mike is the on-site working supervisor who will work closely with the Production Manager, subcontractors and design team to fully understand all aspects of the project prior to building and managing your job to surpass your expectations and dreams. Mike is currently working towards receiving his Massachusetts Supervisor License.

Moe is an award winning Production Supervisor as recognized by his team and multiple Cornerstone awards. Roth, who is a strong leader but let’s his work do most of his talking. Moe is the on-site working manager who will work closely with the Production Manager, subcontractors and design team to fully understand all aspects of the project to build and supervise your job to exceed your expectations and dreams.

Mark has been a key addition to our team and is rapidly moving up the ranks. He is a self-starter who has worked hard on his skills by taking many additional classes. With over 26 years of experience in the skilled trades and the initiative of a self-starter throughout his career, Mike is a great addition to the G.M. Roth production team. He has experience with CAD- CAM programs, solid-surface fabrication and installation. He enjoys working with clients and helping them by making their dreams a reality. He appreciates the team environment and is always learning something new with the support of his team. For over 10 years Mike has volunteered for Child and Family Services of NH, assisting with building maintenance for housing programs throughout the state. As a devoted husband and father of three girls, Mike is a volunteer for his daughter’s Parent-Teacher Group.

Keoni has worked in the residential construction field for 20 years before coming to G.M. Roth as a carpenter. He owned his own general construction business for 10 of those years. His favorite assignments are doing finish carpentry, and doing exterior projects so he can be outside. With a positive nature born of his Hawaiian heritage, Keoni has been a pleasure to have around for both our clients and his co-workers. Keoni enjoys spending his free time with his three children participating in outdoor activities like fishing.

Jeff brings with him over 13 years of carpentry experience and has grown to become a valuable team member on each project, taking on leadership responsibilities as he continues to learn and further develop his carpentry skills. He enjoys working on kitchens, baths and additions, but really enjoys that each project brings something different to each and every work day. Jeff’s enthusiasm and eagerness to advance his role and responsibilities within the company has resulted in ongoing training to develop this future project leader. His favorite part is hearing how much his clients love the finished product that he works so hard to deliver. When not at work, Jeff enjoys spending quality time with his children and fishing.

Keith brings with him several years of remodeling experience and has a strong background in construction materials. Kaylee is one of our newest additions to the team and as a recent graduate, she brings 3 years of experience working as an tax intern with her. Most recently she volunteered as an income tax assistant (VITO) completing income taxes for international students and low income families. Kaylee is a member of the IMA and student member of the AICPA. She enjoys learning all she can about the company and throughly enjoys learning directly from the Roth family as she works closely with Sandy and Taylor. She has proven to be a dedicated and incredibly thoughtful team player. When not at work Kaylee enjoys reading, jewelry design, collecting vinyl and spending time with her family and friends.

With over 15 years of customer service and retail management experience, Amanda has been a valued member of the team since her arrival. She is currently persuing a degree in Marketing, and is an active member of the local GMNHBRA, the Nashua Chamber of Commerce and the NKBA. With her dedication to learning all facets of the company she has become a key player in, and out of the office. Amanda can be found working within the various construction applications used to deliver our client’s dream projects, assisting with social media, and contributing to marketing efforts. She enjoys reading, cars, dogs, being outdoors and spending time with her family, husband and small Aussie, Ru.
