SALES OPPORTUNITY DESIGN-REMODELING

G.M. Roth Design Remodeling a 20 yr old award winning Residential Design/Build company has an immediate opening for an experienced sales consultant. Must have a minimum of 6 years residential construction and/or architectural experience, be computer literate and have good design sense. Must possess excellent listening skills, a high level of optimism, focused on results, self-discipline, assertiveness, and a desire to excel in your career.

Candidate must be highly motivated, able to work independently without close supervision, work closely with the design and production team and work some evenings and weekends

• Avg. sale is $60,000. Base + commission.
• Our salespeople earn $60,000 - $180,000 depending on experience/skills/results.

Fast paced, growing company with a New 5000sq.ft. showroom in Nashua. Late model vehicle is necessary.

50% of our work is in No. MA., and 50% is in So. NH. Great location for someone living in these areas.

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER

If you would like to be responsible for project designs (from conceptual design to building plans); interact with clients, design associates, production associates and structural engineers; plus manage multiple projects, then this position is for you.

Looking for a highly motivated individual who will excel in a fast paced environment. Projects in So. NH & MA.

Candidate must possess excellent listening skills, a high level of optimism and self discipline. Must be creative, detail-oriented and be deadline conscious. Salary commensurate with experience.

Candidate must be proficient in CAD - design (Chief Architect software a plus) and have a minimum of 8 years of architectural design experience. Licensed architect and or management experience a plus.
