Sunrooms
Also referred to as a three-season room in the Northeast, sunrooms are a great addition to any home. These rooms offer additional living space that is generally not heated or cooled, and can be completely closed off to the main living area. Sunrooms offer a great deal of flexibility. Designed to let in as much natural light as possible, sunrooms have only enough wall space to support the roof. The windows providing the light open to let in fresh air on mild days but can be closed when there is driving rain or it’s a bit too cool. A sunroom addition can open to a patio for true outdoor living space.
